I think adding an option for questions and answers to be read aloud would be a wonderful feature—especially for younger students or those who struggle with reading. I’d love to use Nearpod more often in my classroom, but some of my students are not yet able to read independently. Recording my own audio for each question would take a considerable amount of time, so having a built-in text-to-speech tool that can automatically read the questions and multiple-choice options aloud would make the platform much more accessible. This feature would support diverse learners and help ensure all students can participate meaningfully in Nearpod activities.

Would be helpful to have a place to write down a couple notes, just like PowerPoint. (as a teacher)

I just spent close to an hour trying to add 3 separate activities to make one lesson and the only option to create a lesson was to use the AI. It did not allow combine the activities. This would have taken me 5 minutes prior to this change. I will not be using this any more. I will find alternatives.

Since switching to the new updates, I can't just drag and drop my lessons to different folders. I have to go into the three dots and move it individually.

The activity I added mid lesson didn't save. The students worked hard on their drawing and it was gone when I clicked to the next slide.

Why can't I add my own Time to Climb to a Nearpod lesson?

I can't seem to find a way to merge two or more lessons together. If there is that would be great

Add written responses questions on quiz instead of just multiple choice.

It would be nice to see the future Drag and Drop to recognize the images placed in the cells so the assessment could auto-grade. It is a difficult activity to utilize with 150 students.
