Can we add a timer component to the Collaborative Boards? Students love them but they can take they tend to either want to edit their response 100 times, procrastinate and then complain, and generally contributes to off-task behavior for the ones who are finished. Thank you so much!

would it be possible to use "time to climb" for brainstorming. For instance, "name jobs." Ex. teacher would have 10 set jobs the students would have to guess, without description. The student that would guess all 10 first would win. However the "jobbank" all the students had created would be saved and could be used for future education.

Sometimes I cannot find the video I need using YouTube. I would like to be able to insert videos from other sources (e.g., Dailymotion, Vimeo, etc.).

There needs to be a full screen option when a teacher presents a video to the class. It's too tiny as it is. There used to be an option, but it went away. Also, it'd be nice if it didn't ask you if you want the students to watch it at their own pace. If I'm presenting...I want to present the video. I don't want 30 videos playing at the same time.

watching the Crash Course Economics video, and i can't access the video controls to turn on Closed Captioning. i have more than one Deaf Hard of Hearing student and others who have Closed Captioning in their IEPs. we need to be able to turn this feature on. i know it's available in YouTube, which this video appears to be. (also, i use Crash Course a lot and i know when i access it directly through YouTube i know i can use Closed Captioning)

I have a very important request that would significantly improve Nearpod's accessibility features. I would like the option to include captions for the student-paced presentation mode. In creating on-demand training options for educators, I use the student-paced option for educators to complete on their own time. Adding captions to each slide that play simultaneously with my voice recording would greatly enhance accessibility and universal instruction. This request is of heightened importance for my organization to provide accessible professional learning opportunities that comply with the new rule issued by the Department of Justice on June 24th, 2024. The final rule revised regulations to Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act "for making accessible the services, programs, and activities offered by State and local government entities to the public through the web and mobile applications." Billing Code: 4410-13 DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE - ADA.gov As I continue to reach educators of all backgrounds, it is imperative that I use the most up-to-date technology and accessibility features to provide high-quality and inclusive learning experiences. I greatly appreciate your attention to this request for captions in Nearpod. Nearpod has done a wonderful job responding to technology needs in this very competitive tech education market. Currently the downloadable post-session report for a collaborate board does not show the actual board posts. It would be good to able to download the actual collaborate board with all its content.

We should be able to edit the presentation after students are working in it. Sometimes, I need to add another problem, or activity that needs to stay apart of the deck. Also if a slide needs to be draw and that was skipped, students shouldn't have to start all over.

Teaching 4th grade online, I need each uploaded slide to be draw slides to keep students engaged. It is such a pain to make each individual slide draw one at a time. It seems the default show be draw which could be removed if NOT needed. Often in my rush to get them set, one or two does acutally take. Happened for todays and it is the final slide.
