Nearpod: Unfair to not be allowed the Annotation Tool even though I'm paying full price, out of pocket as an educator, for a Platinum Membership plan.

As an educator, I require the use of the annotation tool to make my lesson delivery as smooth as possible. My ask is that I may be allowed to have this tool since I'm already paying out of pocket for a gold status subscription; paying this much and not being allowed to use the tool is unfair. Our district already tried Nearpod and has been cutting funding for other software, aka we have no money to purchase district licensing. This is why I am paying out of pocket for a gold membership that should include all the tools that are offered for your software, as Gold packages typically work. I don't understand how this is not supported if I am a paying customer, an educator in the classroom, and do not get full access to the same tools to use as an educator. Makes no sense to me that you all are not able to offer me the tools I am paying for simply because my district can't afford licensing.
