I am currently a platinum user. I do use NearPod for the majority of my presentations because I enjoy the interactive aspect of the presentations. I have had an issue with re-opening a closed presentation even though I closed it with the option to resume at a later time.

I have sent a ticket but they said it can't be reopened. It would be tremendously helpful if teachers had the option to reopen a closed session or resume a closed session.
