After the new updates made over the 2026 summer the fill in the blank activity no longer allows for the same word or character to exist multiple times. For example, in my beginning Spanish class we are learning to form basic questions. Previously, I could include multiple questions on a fill in the blank slide and as long as the question marks were placed in the correct space within the sentence they were marked as correct. Now they are marked incorrect if they are not placed in the exact sentence they came from, which is impossible to know with them being in a word bank. The most frustrating part is that the update has now caused all my previously created lessons to either be inaccurate when scored or I have to go back and redo them all. I don't know why that feature needed to be changed as part of the update, but I can't really think of any instances where this way would be more beneficial than how it used to be. For me, it is a very disappointing change within the program.
