Closed captioning for audio recordings

Please add closed captioning for audio recordings, as you competitors have (e.g., google slides). It is a great disappointment that I pay for this where others are free and it is not fully accessible.

I agree with this request! All public institutions now must comply with federal regulations around accessibility. In other words we CANNOT provide content to our students that does not meet those guidelines--inability to provide captioning to audio-only files means we cannot use that option!

With more courses being taught online and with diverse student populations, it is critically important to make lessons accessible and following UDL practices. This requires all recordings to have closed captioning. Please add this feature or we may have to move to a different platform that does provide it.

Our college is requiring all software to be Accessible. I'm afraid if CC is not added, we won't be allowed to use the platform for classes.

Yes, please make closed captioning available on ALL YouTube videos. Not having closed captions available for auto-generated captions on YouTube is very frustrating.
