Create a link or usable URL that teachers can use to access the lesson at a later date. This is helpful for first time use of a lesson with direct access. I have multiple lessons on a topic and don't know which one I was intending to use with each class without open it and looking at it each time. If I had a link/URL I could paste into my lesson plan, it would be very easy to pull up/access without any waste of time.
